MOVER

MOVER provides medically-trained foreign professional with intensive medical English instruction, information and guidance, and access to a wide array of resources that will allow them to obtain employment in the health care profession. To increase reading comprehension and oral fluency, MOVER participants sharpen their English skill through classroom instruction and follow-up computer lab work. Information on accessing the healthcare profession is available to students who complete the course. The MOVER project at Lindsey-Hopkins provides child-care services to participants for a modest fee. A limited number of bus passes are available.
